Join us for a magical celebration of stories, imagination and fun at our World Book Day Party — specially designed for little book lovers aged 0–3 years! 🗓 Date: 5th March 2026 ⏰ Time: 10am–12pm 📍 Location: Willingdon Trees Community Centre 🎟 Tickets: £15 per child 🌈 What’s Included? 📖 Messy Play Adventures Explore sensory trays inspired by favourite storybooks — perfect for curious little hands! 👗 Fancy Dress Fun Come dressed as your favourite book character — from tiny bears to little wizards! (Prizes for cutest costumes!) 🎒 Design Your Own Book Bag Little ones can decorate their very own book bag to take home… 📚 Fill Your Bag With Goodies! Each child can choose books and book-themed treats to pop inside. 📸 Adorable Photo Opportunities Capture precious memories at our themed photo stations. 🎶 Songs & Music Time Join in with story-inspired songs, rhymes and gentle music perfect for babies and toddlers. This special event is a wonderful way to introduce your little one to the joy of books in a playful, sensory-friendly environment. Spaces are limited — book early to avoid disappointment! Cancellation Policy
Baby Book Club Sensory – Terms & Conditions By booking or attending a Baby Book Club Sensory class, you agree to the following terms. 1. Bookings & Payments All classes must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at booking. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed by us. 2. Cancellations & Refunds We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, illness, or non-attendance. If we cancel a class, you will receive a replacement session, credit, or refund for that class. 3. Health & Safety A parent or guardian must supervise their child at all times. Do not attend if you or your baby are unwell. Inform us of any allergies, medical needs, or additional support requirements. Personal belongings are your responsibility. 4. Class Conduct Please arrive on time. Phones should be on silent. Photos of your own child are allowed, but do not include other children without consent. Treat staff and other families with respect. Use equipment safely and as instructed. 5. Photography & Media We may take photos or videos for promotional use only with your written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time. 6. Liability Participation is at your own risk. While we aim to provide a safe environment, Baby Book Club Sensory is not liable for injuries resulting from lack of supervision, misuse of equipment, or accidents. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. 7. Guests & Environment Please notify us if a sibling or additional adult will attend, as space may be limited. Hot drinks must be in lidded containers. Please help keep the space tidy after each session. 8. Weather & Emergencies We may postpone, reschedule, or move classes online due to severe weather, venue issues, or emergencies. We will notify you as soon as possible. 9. Data Protection We collect only the personal information needed for booking and safety. Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. You may request access to or removal of your information at any time. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
