These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in classes run by Baby Book Club Sensory (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

 

By booking a class, block, or course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance via our Wix website or Wix Bookings system.

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

2. Single Sessions, Block Bookings, and Courses

Single Sessions

Single-session bookings apply to one individual class only.

Block Bookings

Block bookings consist of a set number of sessions purchased together at a discounted rate.

Block bookings are non-transferable and must be used within the specified time period.

Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise stated.

Courses

Courses run over consecutive weeks and are sold as a complete package.

Courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

 

3. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all session types.

Payments are processed securely via Wix and its supported payment providers.

We do not store payment card details.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

Single sessions, block bookings, and courses are non-refundable once started unless otherwise stated.

Transfers or credits may be offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Our Cancellations

If we cancel a session, you will be offered a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

If a full course is cancelled before it begins, a full refund will be provided.

 

5. Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal circumstances.

 

6. Changes to Sessions

We reserve the right to make changes to session dates, times, venues, or instructors where necessary.

 

7. Class Participation

Parents/carers remain responsible for their children at all times.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

 

8. Health and Safety

Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.

Inform us of any relevant medical or additional needs in advance.

 

9. Photography and Videos

Consent will always be obtained before using images where children are identifiable.

 

10. Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.

 

11. Website Use

Website content is for general information only and may change without notice.

 

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16. Sibling and Multiple-Child Bookings

Sibling or multiple-child discounts may be offered where stated on our website or booking system.

Discounts apply only to children from the same family attending the same session, block, or course.

Each child must be booked individually, even when a discount is applied.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

If eligibility for a discount is misused or incorrectly applied, we reserve the right to adjust the booking or request the balance to be paid.
