Overview of our Services

Baby Yoga
Our Baby Yoga classes offer a gentle, nurturing space where you and your baby can relax, bond, and move together at a pace that feels natural and supportive.
Our younger baby classes focus on soft stretches, calming movements, and sensory experiences that support your baby’s early development. While our older baby classes focus on strengthening and developing ready for sitting, crawling and walking.
Each class is carefully structured to be calm, slow, and responsive, allowing babies to participate in their own way — whether they are alert and engaged or resting quietly in your arms. Movements are guided and always optional, ensuring babies feel safe, comfortable, and content throughout.

A relaxed, welcoming environment with no pressure to “perform”
To gently round off the session, we allow time to sit back, enjoy a hot drink and biscuits, and chat with other caregivers. This relaxed social time offers a valuable opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and build supportive connections in a friendly, inclusive setting.
Our baby yoga sessions are not about achieving poses — they are about connection, comfort, and calm — for both babies and the people who care for them.

Baby Massage
Our Baby Massage classes offer a calm, nurturing space where caregivers and babies can relax, connect, and enjoy gentle, comforting touch together.
Designed especially for babies from birth onwards, these sessions focus on slow, guided massage techniques that support your baby’s early development while strengthening the special bond between you and your baby.
Each class is carefully paced to be gentle, responsive, and baby-led, allowing babies to take part in their own way — whether they are alert and engaged or resting peacefully. All movements are optional and adapted to suit your baby’s needs, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed throughout.
We will focus on a new routine each week, building to a full body by week 4.
Session 1: Legs
Session 2: Tummy
Session 3: Chest and Arms
Session 4: Back and Face
Session 5: Teething and Colic Relief
To gently round off each session, there is time to enjoy a hot drink and biscuits, and to chat with other caregivers in a warm, welcoming environment.
Our baby massage sessions are not about technique perfection — they are about connection, comfort, and calm — for both babies and the people who care for them.
